Entity Security Plugin

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to view and export the security roles and privileges which have any type of access to the selected table (developed by Thanh Pham).

The out-of-the-box security role viewer is a security role-centric view which only shows the list of tables and the privileges set for that particular role. Sometimes, you might want to see the list of security roles which have access to a particular table.

To view the list of security roles associated with a particular table, you can use this tool to select the table and the tool will show the table-centric security role view with access levels for each privilege.

• Functionalities
• View the list of security roles and access levels for each privilege for the selected table (Fig. 1, Pt. 4)
• Load all tables from the environment (Fig. 1, Pt. 1)
• Select the table to find the associated roles (Fig. 1, Pt. 2)
• Retrieve the associated roles and show the results in the table (Fig. 1, Pt. 3)
• Additionally, the tool can export the results to Excel (Fig. 1, Pt. 4)
