Access Security Roles
This XrmToolBox tool allows you to view the privileges of the selected security role for the selected tables and to export to Excel (developed by Roman Zinguer).
There is no out-of-the-box functionality available in Microsoft Dataverse to export the security roles for the documentation and taking screenshots for that purpose is quite cluttered since all tables are displayed and the image is not easily editable either.
To document the privileges only for the tables used in the system, you can use this tool to filter the tables by solution and export into Excel.
