Access Team Updater

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to update the access rights of the access teams which are out of sync with the access team template (developed by Martin Jesch).

If you change access rights for the team template, the changes are only applied to the new auto-created access teams. The existing teams aren’t affected and the access rights mask value of Principal Object remains the same for the existing teams.
To update the access rights of the existing teams after updating the access team template, you can use this tool to query the access teams with different access rights from the selected template and bulk update in one click.

    1. Unfortunately this tool is no longer supported. Any other alternatives to update existing access teams?
From Martin Jesch: "Microsoft changed something for the SDK Message ModifyAccessRequest and currently there is no alternative. 'You can't share or unshare a record with a system-generated access team.' 🤷‍♂️"

      1. I'm afraid there is no alternative. This is the only tool that allows updating the access team.
