Get Last Login for Users

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to view and export the last User Access audit entry for all users in the environment or User Access audit entries within the predefined date range for the selected user (developed by Ahmed Sellou).

In out-of-the-box Audit Summary View, it is not possible to filter the user access for a particular user or export the audit log entries as an Excel file. Because of that, it is hard to generate the reports such as "Last User Access Timestamp for All Users", "User Access Audit Entries for User ABC", etc.

With this tool, you can retrieve the last User Access audit entry for all users or User Access audit entries for a selected user from the audit data and export them into Excel.

The tool can only retrieve the login history from the user access audit data, so make sure to enable auditing "Start Auditing" and enable user access log "Log access" at (Power Platform Admin Center > select environment > Settings > Audit and logs > Audit settings).
