Deprecation Tool

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to deprecate the columns by prepending the display name with a deprecation prefix, marking the column as not searchable and appending deprecation timestamp/metadata in the column description (developed by Magnus Gether Sørensen, Ahmad Sattar and Delegate team).

When a particular column is no longer applicable, it is important to mark the column to avoid confusion for other system customisers and make it not searchable to hide it in the advanced find for the users.
To quickly change those settings for multiple columns, you can use this tool to select the table and column(s) to mark them as deprecated.
