Dataverse Format Changer

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to change the format of certain columns (Text and Multiline Text) (developed by Matt Beard).

If there is a requirement to change the format of the column (e.g. Text to Text Area, Multiline Text to RichText), the functionality to change the format is only available via API only at the moment and without development, you need to create a new column and then move all of your data over.

To change the format of the column without creating a new column or waiting until the functionality is available in the maker portal, you can use this tool to update the format of Text and Multiline Text columns (support for Whole Number and Date and Time is coming soon).
