Bulk Form Attribute Manager

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to change the properties of the form field and add/more the form field on multiple forms (developed by Tanguy Touzard).

When the column display name is changed, the label of the form field remains with the old display name. If there are a lot of forms for a table, label and any property of the form field need to be changed in one form after another and changing/saving/publishing can take a lot of time.

To change the form field properties in multiples forms in bulk, you can use this tool to select the columns, forms and choose the properties to change. The tool can also add/remove the form field to multiple forms.

• Add/remove the form field to multiple forms (Fig. 1, Pt. 8)
• Load the list of tables (Fig. 1, Pt. 1)
• Select the table (Fig. 1, Pt. 5)
• Select the column individually (Fig. 1, Pt. 7) or select all columns (Fig. 1, Pt. 6)
• Select the form(s) to apply changes (Fig. 1, Pt. 13)
• Choose the action to add/remove the form field (Fig. 1, Pt. 8)
• Choose the reference column near which the form field to be added (Fig. 1, Pt. 15)
• Save the changes to the form(s) (Fig. 1, Pt. 2)
• Publish the table (Fig. 1, Pt. 3)
• Change the properties of the form field(s)
• Change/display/hide the label (Fig. 1, Pt. 9)
• Lock/unlock the form field on the form (Fig. 1, Pt. 10)
• Mark the form field as read-only/editable (Fig. 1, Pt. 11)
• Show/hide the form field (Fig. 1, Pt. 12)
