Bulk Delete Tool
This XrmToolBox tool allows you to bulk delete the
rows of the selected table based on the view or FetchXML (developed by
Andy Popkin).
Deleting a lot of data using out-of-the-box Bulk Record Deletion can take a lot of time.
To delete the rows faster, you can use this tool to select the table, use FetchXML or view to query and bulk delete the retrieved rows.
There is another similar tool called Bulk Data Updater which does all of the functionalities mentioned below and a lot more.

- Choose the source type (Fig. 1, Pt. 7)
- Select the system or personal view to use its FetchXML (Fig. 1, Pt. 8)
- Enter the FetchXML to query (Fig. 1, Pt. 11)
- Edit query in FetchXML Builder (Fig. 1, Pt. 12)
- Validate the FetchXML (Fig. 1, Pt. 2) and see the number of rows to be deleted (Fig. 1, Pt. 9)

- Refresh the list of tables and views after changing environment connection (Fig. 1, Pt. 1)
- Stop the bulk delete process (Fig. 1, Pt. 4)
