BPF Manager

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to bulk update the active stage of a particular business process flow (BPF) for multiple rows (developed by ClĂ©ment Olivier and Gus Gonzalez).

For setting the active BPF stage of imported data import or switching stages from an old BPF into a new one, out-of-the-box bulk update functionality cannot be used because the data is stored in the BPF instance tables.
To set the active stage or switch BPF for multiple rows, you can use this tool to select the table, view or FetchXML and set the target BPF and stage to be set as Active.
