Attribute Usage Inspector

This XrmToolBox tool allows you to analyse the utilisation of the columns of a selected table (developed by Tanguy Touzard).

Sometimes, the columns added to the table according to the requirement gathering session may not be relevant anymore and become redundant because none of the users populates those columns. Sometimes, there is a requirement to migrate the system and part of that involves the identification of the columns which are actually used in the system.
To identify such unused columns, you can use this tool to select the table and load the data to see what percentage of the retrieved data has a value in a particular column and if that column is added to any of the forms.
